The leadership is divided into four major areas through an
expanding tree structure. All areas are designed to
expand downward as the organisation grows.
addition to this all Corporate leaders are subject to shareholders votes,
it is a right as well as an obligation for all members to rasie question when
the leadership is acting outside the best interest of the Corporation
Leaders can then be replaced by membership vote by a 2/3 majority.
a leader on any level should decide to step down, one person from the ranks
beneath will fill the position until a shareholders meeting can be held.
